What languages do you support?
English comes first — booking, chat and on-the-day support all work in English. We also speak Japanese and Chinese (Mandarin).
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat or email with your dates, group size and a rough plan. We confirm availability and send a quote — planning costs nothing.
How much luggage fits?
A 10-seat Hiace comfortably takes a group's large suitcases. Tell us your luggage count and we'll recommend the right vehicle.
Do you have child seats?
Child seats can be arranged on request — mention your children's ages when you book.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Plans change — contact us as early as you can and we'll do our best to rearrange. Cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking.
Where can you take us?
Anywhere the road goes. Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, Wakayama, Shiga) is our daily ground; Tokyo, Mt. Fuji and Nagoya trips are arranged on request.
